Our Expert witnesses are trained by the RICS and are involved in providing specialised knowledge and professional opinions in legal cases where property, construction, or land issues are in dispute. Our Surveyors act as expert witnesses, independently, when their technical expertise is needed to clarify complex matters for the court, lawyers, or arbitrators.
